Every MoF Accredited e-invoicing service provider on the official Ministry of Finance list has a profile in our registry. Profiles start as MoF facts only. If you represent one of these companies, you can confirm or correct your profile, and what you confirm is published as your own attributed statements, never as our editorial claims.

What MoF accreditation requires

Since MoF Ministerial Decision No. 56 of 2026 amended MoF Ministerial Decision No. 64 of 2025, the Ministry has published two separate lists: Accredited service providers, each with an accreditation number, and a second list of providers still under final accreditation assessment. Our registry carries the accredited list only. The stated criteria are:

An active Peppol-certified provider that has passed the OpenPeppol conformance tests.
Experience: the product used to deliver the service has been in operation for at least two years, held by the provider or by the third party operating it.
Company registration (Art. 6), including paid-up capital and ISO 22301.
Service-provider requirements (Art. 7), including PINT AE conformance.
Tax registration (Art. 8): Corporate Tax, and VAT where mandatory.
Product information security (Art. 9), including ISO/IEC 27001.
A self-declaration (Art. 10).
Insurance (Art. 11): professional indemnity, crime and cyber-fraud cover.

Two things worth knowing. The Minister may waive any of these conditions. And the product may be owned or operated by a third party, so a local company can partner with an international provider, provided it keeps full responsibility for meeting the conditions and for overseeing the service.

Accreditation lasts two years, and renewal must be applied for no later than 70 business days before it expires.

How we handle your submission

Every submission is reviewed manually before anything is published. Nothing changes on your profile automatically.
Published capability data is attributed to your company (“as stated by the provider”), we do not add editorial characterisations.
Accreditation status itself always comes from the official MoF list, never from vendor submissions.
